She is a lead Clinical Supervision Certification Trainer for the National Association of Social Workers of Virginia & an approved instructor for them. Ellen is an Examination Item Writer for the Association of Social Work Boards & serves on the Editorial Advisory Board for Lippincott’s Professional Case Management.
Ellen is a Commissioner for the Commission for Case Manager Certification, current member of their Executive Committee and Chair of their Ethics and Professional Conduct Committee. A member of Cambridge Who's Who, Ellen has served as Executive Officer & Board Member of The Case Management Society of the National Capital Area, and was their 2002 Case Manager of the Year. For the National Association of Social Workers of Virginia, Ellen has served as Executive Officer, Board Member & Delegate.
